This is the pair of handmade speaker hornlets first created for an audio installation at the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Unlike common full-range speakers that use a downward-firing cabinet topology, these speakers force resonance upward through the horn, creating a three-dimensional, “holographic” soundstage. Each highly sensitive speaker employs a 3″ full-range driver for a larger-than-life acoustic effect.
